Selling Season Has Begun

Hello Summit real estate market watchers! The season was slow to start but is finally upon us. Well priced homes are selling like hotcakes. With demand high and interest rates low, we expect to have a busy summer listing and selling property. FYI, there is still about 5-8 feet of snow in the yard up here.
