So many fantastic memories for both of the two families that built our cabin in Serene Lakes nearly 30 years ago.  It was hard to let it go this year.  So very happy however to have found Serene Lakes Lakes Reality (SLR) to handle the transfer of the property for the next family to enjoy for many years to come!

Real estate transactions can at times be complicated however we are most happy with the professional manner in which the sale was handled by the SLR team of Krista and her assistant Angelica.
Every detail for we as sellers was managed in a timely and professional manner resulting in the sale of the property in 2 days at over asking price. This being in the difficult post Covid era.
Every detail was managed without request by us even involving as an example SLR driving miles to pick up supplies needed to make minor repairs to this cabin. SLR in addition also had a team of workers at hand to do the minor work needed to prepare the property for sale.
